Refund Policy

At Elizabeth Pope Voice Teacher, we strive to provide the best learning experience for our students. If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please review our refund policy below.

1. Cancellations & Refunds

Elizabeth Pope Voice Teacher requires that you pay a $30 booking deposit for individual voice lessons. This deposit is non-refundable and goes towards the full price of the lesson. The rest of the payment may be collected either online, or at the lesson. If the lesson is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance and you have already paid in full for the lesson, you will be partially refunded, excluding the $30 booking deposit.

Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 24 hours of your lesson, you may not be eligible for a refund.

No-Shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

Pricing plans: The purpose of the pricing plan is to offer a discounted rate for students who wish to take multiple lessons. Therefore, if you have purchased a pricing plan, no refunds will be issued.

2. Rescheduling

You may reschedule a lesson at no extra cost if done at least 24 hours before the original appointment.

Reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the lesson may be subject to availability.

3. Instructor Cancellations

If we need to cancel a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive either:

A full refund (including the booking deposit), or

The option to reschedule at no additional cost.

4. How Refunds Are Processed
​

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
